Adds BetterScreenShare plugin:

• Unlocks 1080p/1440p/4K and 60 FPS stream options.
• Context menu toggle for stereo audio and custom bitrate.

Already mostly implemented in FakeNitro: 1, 2

IMO max bitrate isn't too useful to the end user since Discord adjusts it automatically based on network conditions. I believe screenshare should already be in stereo? Though I'm not sure about that. Either way, these two should probably be added on to an existing plugin like WebScreenShareFixes instead.
