A complete refactor from original vorp_inventory to be use with vorp_core for RedM

- Add and if needed rename the folder to
vorp_inventoryfolder toresources/[VORP] - Add
ensure vorp_inventoryto yourserver.cfgfile - To change Language verify/add yours, if exists in folder
languagesto use it go to config.lua and apply the name of the language there to be used. - to update to v2 use the sql file

Ammo
- Gunbelt to store all ammo
- ammo is added to weapon from gunbelt and reduced when you shoot
- manual reload allowing to remove ammo from gunbelt into weapon and saves it in the weapon
- ammo register is done in vorp weapons

- Props can be spawned for dropped items(weapon models are used for weapons)
- Adanced prop placement using gizmo
