feat: prepare frontend 1.3.0

Summary

• make SABR/MSE the only YouTube web playback path
• add native backup export and restore controls
• add blocked title keywords and a default playback speed
• show component version, revision and build information in Settings
• apply SponsorBlock skips in audio-only mode
• serve precompressed frontend assets
• align the Frontend version with TypeType 1.3.0

Production behavior

• YouTube watch pages, embeds and autoplay use SABR
• NicoNico and BiliBili playback remain unchanged
• users can export selected TypeType data categories and restore versioned JSON backups
• restore completion is confirmed immediately
• blocked keywords filter matching recommendation titles
• the default playback speed applies to regular videos and Shorts
