Refresh the Herdr parity research against the exact current upstream source pin and record the Founder direction that Winds must ultimately cover the complete Herdr capability surface.

This PR is research/provenance only. It does not authorize or implement a persistent owner, private IPC, remote execution, plugin runtime, updater, installer, or any Herdr code slice while Spec 010 remains open.

Zero-omission parity ledger

The exact-pin source audit now includes an explicit omission-prevention ledger with 217 tracked rows:

• 24 compiled agent-detection families;
• 17 compiled installable integration targets;
• all 104 serialized public socket/API methods from src/api/schema.rs;
• 72 additional runtime/UI/transport/config/plugin/packaging capabilities established by feature-bearing source and tests.

A later implementation may improve or replace a Herdr mechanism, but it may not silently drop a tracked capability. Full parity closeout requires each ledger row to reach PROVEN_WINDS_PARITY, PROVEN_WINDS_SUPERSET, or an explicit FOUNDER_ACCEPTED_NOT_APPLICABLE disposition.

The inspected pin proves GitHub-backed plugin installation plus local linking, registry management, actions, event hooks, plugin-owned panes, link handlers, logs, and platform gating. It does not establish a distinct curated marketplace/catalog service. A Winds marketplace may be built as parity-plus, but it must not be cited as an already-proven Herdr capability without newer source evidence.

Founder direction and source reuse

The Founder directed Winds to reach full Herdr feature parity and stated that they have permission to copy/use all Herdr source code. The repository records that statement as FOUNDER_PERMISSION_ASSERTION.

Direct/adapted reuse is allowed by the Founder direction, but every admitted slice must bind exact source path/revision, retained Apache-2.0 obligations, vendored/third-party provenance, reuse mode, security/authority delta, tests, and removal/update path. The Herdr root license is not treated as a blanket license assertion for vendored or third-party material.

Proposed successor program

After Spec 010 T145 canonical close, the research proposes the following dependency-ordered program:

1. Persistent Agent Runtime & Private Local Control
2. Workspace Multiplexer & Agent Plane
3. Remote Machines & Thin Clients
4. Integration, Plugin & Extension Platform
5. Live Handoff, Update & Full-Parity Closeout

The sequence is intentionally split so persistent ownership/private IPC, remote execution, and plugin/supply-chain authority each receive independent threat models and exact-head evidence.

• monochrome black/charcoal/gray visual system;
• black terminal output and graphite inputs;
• left Project -> Sessions organization;
• tiny far-left agent dock (Auto, Codex, Claude, OpenCode, + Add Agent);
• explicit confirmation before installing missing agent CLIs;
• terminal profiles such as Ubuntu/WSL, shell, zsh, bash, fish, and PowerShell;
• Project Files on the right;
• no visual cloning of Herdr.
