Describe the bug
Smartphones and some desktop operating systems hide scrollbars by default.
This can create the "Illusion of completeness" where users are unaware of more data present and have not hint that triggers them to discover it.
In the multi-step dialog for adding multiple users to a room a list of all successful and failed imports is shown inside a scrollable container. Some devices do not show the scrollbar.
Expected behavior
Add hint for users to know there is more and the list is scrollable.

A general solution of dialog where the content is scrollable has been added in #2320
The same of similar (easier) techniques should be used here.
