Global bibliography file support

I've been using LaTeXing for a while and just discovered LaTeXTools. It's pretty slick. The inline math mode integration is amazing, as is native support for evince. One thing, however, that I anticipate missing from LaTeXTools is support for a global bibliography file. Specifically:

1. You specify a global bibliography file (it also supports Mendeley and similar online services) in the preferences
2. When searching for a bibliography entry, you can also search the global bibliography file
3. When inserting a citation from the global bibliography file, the bibliography entry is copied over to a local bib file

Global bibliography files can be specified via "additional_bibliography_file": "" setting.

LaTeXTools is however not designed to modify bib files.
