Summary
Dependabot currently checks only GitHub Actions. Add weekly Bundler updates at the repository root so Ruby dependencies receive regular update PRs instead of requiring periodic manual refreshes.
The existing GitHub Actions update schedule is unchanged. This only configures future update PRs; it does not change any dependency versions.
