• add an AtlasCloud ChatOpenAI wrapper for Atlas Cloud's OpenAI-compatible LLM API
• export the model wrapper from scrapegraphai.models
• add Atlas Cloud model token metadata for live-verified deepseek-ai/deepseek-v4-pro and qwen/qwen3.5-flash
• add focused tests for the wrapper base URL/API key mapping and token metadata
