[BUG] Locking a note and moving in the structure hierarchy dismiss the lock marker

🐛 Bug Description

Locking a note and moving it to another place inside the folder structure, it makes the Lockdown dismiss the overlay and unlocking options.

📋 Steps to Reproduce

1. Lock a note in the folder A
2. Move the locked note to the folder B
3. See the note encrypted content without the overlay and any unlocking options.

✅ Expected Behavior

Moving locked (and encrypted) must preserve the lock statuses.

❌ Actual Behavior

The note remains encrypted, but Lockdown treat as a common note. Leading users get confused.
Additionally, allowing the note to be edited could lead the note to be irrecoverable due to crypto corruption.
