This is still a non-functional placeholder and its use is actively discouraged. The current content is a placeholder to act as a backbone while a proper implementation is being worked on.
The PR adds:
clrsexecutable, computing the composite likelihood ratio for a given population.combine_xpclrs, combining and normalizing results across chromosomes.binfolder with the executable of delivered by the package.
