Sweep proxy, data-file reads, and one-step setup (0.2.0)

Summary

• Filter Read of data files (logs, CSV, JSONL, lockfiles, minified bundles) like Bash output.
• Skip Read of images, PDFs, and notebooks. Their base64 made the scoreboard wrong.
• Add the Sweep proxy (compactio proxy). Jev rates old tool results against the current goal. Code replaces stale results with tombstones behind a prompt-cache gate.
• Add sweep on|off|status, /compactio:setup, and compactio key (hidden prompt).
• Add a SessionStart guard that starts a stopped proxy before the first request.
• Map the opus alias to claude-opus-5-5[1m]. Behind a custom base URL, Claude Code does not detect the 1M window and autocompact runs in a loop.
• Add a Limitations section to the README.

Test

• 26 unit tests pass (fake API, fake Jev).
• Real Claude Code sessions (Opus 5.5) ran through the proxy: Jev rated old reads in 0.7 s, and the guard started a stopped proxy.
• macOS and Windows are not tested.
