QUICKFIX that solves the issue: Quasars/orange-spectroscopy#864 (comment) in
NeaSpectralReaderThe problem was that the new
Regulator (P, I): [%] 49 54from the header got mixed with the old regulator info line.Also, there were empty lines that were converted to NaNs, so I added a check for that.
