Part of Pollora/framework#513.

Measured on macOS 15 with Laravel Herd 1.30 (PHP 8.4, framework 13.38 + laravel#521): every .php URL goes to public/index.php (Herd's and Valet's server.php skip the static-file step for .php), so /cms/wp-login.php and /cms/wp-admin/index.php answered the site's 404: no way to log in. Even a public/probe.php returned the home page.

LocalValetDriver.php (read from the project root by both Valet and Herd) extends LaravelValetDriver and returns the requested .php file when it exists under public/, and a directory's index.php for a trailing slash; never under uploads/.

With it on the same Herd site: / 200, /cms/wp-admin/ → login (200), /cms/wp-login.php 200, pages and 404 unchanged, .env 404, a PHP file in uploads is not run.
