How to install a live package

Here's how:

Install a live package by using the 'install' action with the d3 command, and the basename of the package you want.

Examples:

sudo d3 install filemaker

sudo d3 i sketchup-pro

Discussion:

When a basename is used to refer to a package on the server, the currently live edition of the basename is used.
