Q: What are the system requirements? Windows 10 (build 19041) or above, with .NET 8.0 installed.
Q: Does VirtualPaper affect system performance? VirtualPaper pauses wallpaper playback automatically when a full-screen application is in the foreground, so gaming and video performance are not impacted.
Q: Are wallpapers backed up? Wallpaper files and their effect configurations are stored in the directory configured under Settings → Wallpaper Directory. Back up that folder to preserve your library.
Q: My wallpaper is not displaying. What should I check?
- Confirm the file format is in the supported list.
- Check that the file path does not contain unsupported characters.
- Try re-applying the wallpaper from the library.
Q: Can I use the same wallpaper on all monitors? Yes — set the arrangement mode to Duplicate in Wallpaper Settings.
Q: How do I create a Web Interactive wallpaper? See Web Interactive Wallpaper for the required package structure.
Q: Does AI processing require an internet connection? No. All AI models run locally on your machine.
Q: VirtualPaper crashes on startup.
