mac make issue #14

i'm using mac v10.14.4
i build tensorflow with the command shown on readme(bazel build --config=opt //tensorflow/tools/lib_package:libtensorflow) and when i do 'make -j4' i get
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture x86_64
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

this error.

i have opencv v4.1.0 and tensorflow v1.12
