Add reproducible feature data for NeverSight/NeverD#495: 59 rules in five concrete libc++, MSVC STL, ATL string, ATL COM and musl profiles. Each pack retains the actual compiler/source identities, header hashes, compiled witnesses and explicit identity requirements. Structural similarity alone cannot name a C++ library, and probe wrappers never become library callees.
The finite contracts cover typed accessor expressions, five COM ownership policies and gated whole-function patterns produced by the existing NeverD signature generator. Inherited CStringT/CComPtr methods retain their actual base-class identities. The musl pack also publishes five compatible
.patentries; the existing 16-byte admission floor stays intact.Validation:
This is the data phase.
consumer_verifiedremains false: shared MedIR recognition, identity precedence, HighC/LLVMC projection, region boundaries and reversible folding are the subsequent NeverD implementation. This PR does not close the issue.
