So happens be that I am working on some WirePlumber scripts, and I really could use a nice tool to get debug information, so it was time to write Nix support for this.
To not make this unnecessarily complicated I added in
pkg-config, but it should be included in the standard build tools on most systems, and I have understood it is best-practice anyway. Fewer hard-coded paths and all that.I'll be honest and say that I haven't tested if this still works on non-nix systems, so I would love if you could double check that before pulling this into main!
