Adds Glow All / Unglow All buttons to the Player List window, below the Hide All / Show All row. They apply or remove GlowingOverride.FORCE_GLOW for every listed player.
Force-glowing players was already possible via the per-entity popup, but only one at a time — tedious in replays with many players. The buttons follow the same conventions as Hide All / Show All (respect the search filter and "Include NPCs", skip the local player) and mark the editor state dirty so the overrides persist.
Translations added for all existing locales, machine-translated from the existing "Hide All"/"Glowing" strings — corrections from native speakers welcome.
