bug: *some* Root Mount apps unpatches or uninstall in certain cases

Bug description

There was MorpheApp/morphe-patches#133 which was closed because it was fixed, however with KernelSU Next it is still apparent
I patch Instagram, Twitter, Gboard, Youtube, and Proton Mail, but only two apps have this issue

Proton Mails uninstalls itself sometimes, and YouTube Morph unpatches itself sometimes
Sorry that i dont know what causes that and what logs to put here

I should try to let KSU unload modules as an alternative for patched apps, because most of the times unloading modules by default is a bad idea for some xposed modules
I'll keep this open for a while and confirm if that changes or not

Just wanted to add I'm facing same issue with KSU next YouTube in patching after a reboot but sometimes just in the background. Very frustrating, I'm constantly patching it.
