feat: Floating Menu Bar

Feature description

Hi Morphe Developer,

Could you please consider adding a Material 3-style floating menu/navigation bar to Morphe?

I’d like to see a modern, floating UI similar to the attached reference image, with:

A rounded floating container with Material 3 styling.

Clearly separated icon + label navigation items.

Support for an active/selected item using a Material 3-style highlighted pill.

Additional action buttons such as Add (+), Upload, and Settings within the floating bar.

Proper dark/light theme support that follows the system theme.

Smooth animations when switching between menu items.

Adaptive/responsive sizing so it looks good across different screen sizes.

Motivation

The floating design would provide a cleaner, more modern interface while keeping frequently used actions easily accessible.

How would that even work? That means the settings have to be different "tabs" rather than an entirely new pop-up. Also @MarcaDian the referred app is https://github.com/bikram-agarwal/ObtainX an Obtainium fork.

I meant how will it work... For example when you click the settings in your experimental Morphe navigation bar, how will it handle the settings. Settings has its own sub-parts in Morphe, with bottom bars. The sub-parts would have to somehow fit inside the floating bar?

Sure, it looks cool and modern, but that element is used for switching tabs, not for the main screen, which uses buttons. Adding it to the Settings screen would confuse users, especially since they previously asked us to unify the buttons across both screens.

You have to understand: you propose a change, we implement it, and then others come along asking to change it again because they don't like something about it. For now, the matter remains open; we want to maintain a unified interface.

We aren't designers or professional programmers, we’re just trying to make it look good.

The current implementation already looks good enough with the Morphe-UI. I don't think a new floating bar is required to make it look modern.
