This only happens on Android 12 and earlier.

Reproduced with Manager 1.32.0, the system language set to German and the app language to English: on Android 11 the installer names and descriptions show in German, exactly as in the screenshots, both after changing the language and after restarting the app. On Android 15 the same steps show everything in English.

On Android 12 and earlier the app language is only applied to the activity, so text that Manager loads outside the UI (like the installer list) falls back to the system language. From Android 13 the system applies the app language to the whole app.
