This software, its source code, architecture, algorithms, documentation, and all
associated files (collectively, the "Software") are the confidential, proprietary,
and unpublished intellectual property of Zingui Fred Mike (the "Author").

The Software was developed as part of the Bachelor's Final Year Project /
Dissertation at The ICT University, Faculty of ICT, BSc Computer Science,
and constitutes original work that may contain patentable inventions.

To preserve the novelty of any potentially patentable subject matter, this
Software is maintained in STRICT CONFIDENCE. Any unauthorized disclosure,
publication, or use may irreparably harm the Author's ability to obtain patent
protection.

GRANT OF LIMITED ACCESS
================================================================================

No license, express or implied, is granted to any person to use, reproduce,
modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from
this Software, except as expressly set forth below.

Access to this Software is granted SOLELY to authorized academic evaluators
designated by The ICT University for the purpose of assessing the Author's
Bachelor's Final Year Project / Dissertation (the "Authorized Evaluators"),
and ONLY under the following cumulative conditions:

  1. The Authorized Evaluator has executed a separate, written Non-Disclosure
     Agreement (NDA) with the Author prior to any access, review, or discussion
     of the Software;

  2. Access is limited to the minimum extent necessary for academic evaluation;

  3. The Software is reviewed exclusively within the private repository or
     secure environment controlled by the Author;

  4. No copy, clone, fork, download, screenshot, recording, or extraction of
     any part of the Software is permitted outside the designated secure
     environment.

RESTRICTIONS
================================================================================

The following acts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED without the prior written consent
of the Author:

  a) Reproduction, duplication, or copying of the Software, in whole or in part,
     in any form or medium;

  b) Distribution, transmission, publication, posting, or communication of the
     Software to any third party;

  c) Modification, adaptation, translation, reverse engineering, decompilation,
     or creation of derivative works based on the Software;

  d) Use of the Software for commercial, personal, research, or public purposes
     of any kind;

  e) Use of any algorithm, architectural pattern, protocol design, or technical
     concept contained in the Software in any other project, system, or product;

  f) Disclosure of the existence, functionality, or technical details of the
     Software to any person not bound by a written NDA with the Author.

OBLIGATIONS OF CONFIDENTIALITY

Any person granted access to this Software agrees to:

  1. Hold the Software in strictest confidence, using at least the same degree
     of care used to protect their own most confidential information, and in no
     event less than reasonable care;

  2. Not remove or obscure any copyright, proprietary, or confidentiality notices;

  3. Immediately notify the Author upon discovery of any unauthorized access,
     disclosure, or suspected breach of confidentiality;

  4. Acknowledge that the Software contains potentially patentable subject
     matter and that any unauthorized disclosure may destroy the novelty required
     for patent protection under the laws of Cameroon, the OAPI, and other
     jurisdictions.

RETURN OR DESTRUCTION

Upon completion of the academic evaluation, or upon written request by the
Author at any time, the Authorized Evaluator shall promptly:

  (i)  Return all copies of the Software and any related notes or materials to
       the Author; or

  (ii) Certify in writing the permanent destruction of all copies, extracts,
       and reproductions of the Software, including any backups or notes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights,
patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and
shall remain the exclusive property of the Author.

Nothing in this notice shall be construed as a grant of any license or right
under any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right,
whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING

GOVERNING LAW

This notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of Cameroon and, where applicable, the texts of the Organisation
Africaine de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OAPI).

Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of the Republic of Cameroon.
