Almost finished, only path command conversions need to be figured out.
The path insertion popup has been reworked, but the only visible difference is that you can now add a sequence of path commands without closing the popup.
Polygons and polylines get the ability to insert multiple points too, you just enter a number of how many you want to add.
Various operations now scroll the inspector to where they happened.
Selection pivots get preserved better, and some other minor improvements to selections have been made.
You can now convert multiple elements of the same type all at once.
A couple unrelated bugs have been eaten as I didn't want to make separate PRs for them.
