The compose and reaction pickers omit common emoji such as facepalm and shrug, and many existing entries have no searchable name. Replace the hand-picked list with 3,944 fully-qualified Unicode 17.0 entries, including gender and skin-tone variants, with English names and the existing search aliases. Add facepalm/face palm/smh and shrug/idk aliases.
The catalog is bundled locally and cached for offline use. A checksum-pinned generator and Unicode license accompany the data. Both pickers retain lazy rendering; grid sizing accommodates the larger catalog and fonts that display newer sequences as multiple glyphs. Full reaction buttons gain descriptive accessible labels. The newest glyphs still depend on system-font support.
Validation:
go test ./...; deterministic catalog regeneration; browser coverage for search, cursor insertion, exact multi-codepoint reactions, mobile layout, lazy rendering, unfiltered selection, cache upgrade, and offline reload. Local security, runtime, tests, portability, and UX review found no blocking issues.
