The Entire web UI reads .entire/settings.json from the default branch to decide whether a repository is enabled. Until it is committed, the Checkpoints page reports "Entire isn't enabled" and the shared review profile never reaches anyone who clones the repo. Track settings.json and .entire/.gitignore; per-developer state (tmp/, logs/, metadata/, settings.local.json) stays ignored by the nested .gitignore. The Entire web UI reads
.entire/settings.jsonfrom the default branch to decide whether a repository is enabled. That file has only ever existed as an untracked working-copy file here, so the Checkpoints page reports:The CLI works locally because it reads the file off disk, but the server sees an unconfigured repository, and nobody else cloning the repo gets the shared review profile.
