This PR adds missing \homepage,
epository, and \�ugs.url\ metadata to @mcp-ui/client\ and @mcp-ui/server\ manifests.
This follows the requirements identified in charles-microbounties#959.
Summary of changes:
epository\ with \directory\ field for monorepo support.
