Coolify's webhook/restart API has a known bug where StartService is called with pullLatestImages=false, so it runs 'docker compose up' without 'docker compose pull' first — using stale cached images. Fix: Use Coolify Execute Command API to run 'docker compose pull' directly on the server before triggering the deploy webhook. This ensures the latest image from Docker Hub is always used. Workflow now: 1. Look up server UUID via Coolify Services API 2. Execute 'docker compose pull' on the server via Execute API 3. Trigger the deploy webhook to restart with the fresh image
