LGTM, matches the headers I generated from OpenCL-Docs after merging KhronosGroup/OpenCL-Docs#1597.

I'm going to hold off merging these changes until they have an approval from Arm since the PR also includes Arm extensions. It would be especially nice to merge #312 (and then rebase/merge), then CI should also start passing again. |
