dragPointerEventHandlesScrollUpdatesSynchronously and scrollPointerEventHandlesScrollUpdatesSynchronously also need fixing.

It doesn't look at scroll, so the word "Scroll" here is not right.
I'd suggest scalePointerEventsAreReceived.
