This PR updates the docs to reflect the new UI:
Throughput dashboard (dashboard_throughput.md): New page documenting KPI cards (Tasks Done, Avg Tasks Done/Day, Total Time Spent, Avg Time/Task), date range filter, and charts (Remaining Tasks by State, Tasks Done/Day, Time Spent)
Data quality dashboard (dashboard_data_quality.md): New page documenting the Agreement analysis tab (Average Task Agreement KPI, Task Agreement Distribution, Agreement by Dimension, Top Confusion Pairs, Confusion Matrix) and Label distribution tab
Dashboards overview (dashboards.md): Merged the standalone Project dashboard page into the Dashboards overview page; removed the now-redundant dashboard_project.md; updated order_enterprise ordering for throughput (70), data quality (71), and members (72)
Other: Updated enterprise_features.md and label_studio_compare.md to point to dashboards instead of the removed dashboard_project page
