This pull request adds comprehensive documentation for the Ads custom metric and significantly expands and clarifies the Privacy custom metric documentation. The changes introduce a new reference page for ads-related custom metrics, update the navigation and linking for the ads metric, and enhance the privacy metric schema with new fields, improved descriptions, and links to relevant IAB specifications.
A result of dynamic docs generation from HTTPArchive/custom-metrics#197
