How to deploy:

Build the deploy image using the dockerfile in registry/

Upload the image to some online registry like Dockerhup

Update the CircleCI file to point to the correct image.

Gigalixir/Heroku branch:

1. CircleCI config.
2. Dockerfile with base image bearing already installed gigalixir tool.
3. Buildpacks.
