Adds a Changelog column to the mod grid, next to Nexus Mods Updates.
When a mod has an update available and a Nexus mod ID, a "View" link appears.
Clicking it opens a window with the latest patch notes from Nexus, along with a
button to open the mod page for older entries.
The window opens immediately and loads the changelog in the background, so there's
no wait before anything appears.
