Clone spec

Spec that allow you to change how many times a Mew can be clonned.

clone	clone:3	If you setup Max clone 3 in the pixelmon config, this value will prevent Mew to be clonned.
clone	clone:1	If you setup Max clone 3 in the pixelmon config, Mew will be clonnable twice.
