Clean removal. The deleted workflow was the only reference to reusable-renovate-dispatch.yml in this repo; renovate.json just extends github>FerrLabs/.github and is unaffected. Nothing else in the tree mentions renovate-rebase apart from a historical CHANGELOG line.
Nit: if Renovate rebase now / dispatch is listed as a required status check on main, it will never report again once this merges and every subsequent PR stays blocked. Worth checking branch protection before merging; I can't read those settings from here.

Renovate now runs as a CronJob in the cluster (FerrLabs/Infra#424), and FerrLabs/.github#339 removes
renovate.ymlandreusable-renovate-dispatch.yml. The "rebase now" dispatch has nothing left to trigger: a ticked checkbox is handled by the next in-cluster run (every 2 h).Merge after FerrLabs/.github#339.
