github/codeql-action/upload-sarif: pin moves tob96794f..., which I confirmed is the currentv4tag commit. No input/output changes affect this workflow's usage (sarif_fileonly).taiki-e/install-action:v2.87.4→v2.87.10, confirmedfa23953...is the exactv2.87.10tag commit. Changelog across these releases is just tool-version bumps for various installable tools; this repo only uses it to installhyperfine, which isn't mentioned in any of the changelog entries.
CI was still running several jobs (Test, zizmor, some Secrets+CVE checks) at review time, but everything that had completed was green and nothing here is expected to break it.
