This draft PR adds App Intents support allowing Shortcuts app to build integrated workflows using Fabric and the newly supported export image / export movie functionality. App Intentents also gives us a venue to add MCP support via both Foundation Models and 3rd party models for agentic workflows (intended to be a separate PR)
Workflow for Shortcuts would be something like
ie: make a graph thats a template for a news report intro or sport intro
load graph
set name of home team, set name of away team, set score, set logos and colors
render out an interstitial
can be run via finder or some other mechanism.
