Chart 2.7.0 (EduIDE/EduIDE-Helm#60) renames every app from <image>-latest to the plain image name.

• pages/artemis/ArtemisPage.ts: exercises are created with theiaImage: "java-17".
• pages/landing/LandingPage.ts: drop the launch-app-<language>-latest fallback; the plain test id is the only one left.
• scripts/monitor-benchmark-resources.sh: usage example.

Do not merge yet

Merge only once e2e and staging run chart 2.7.0 (EduIDE/EduIDE-deployment#154). Before that, exercises created with java-17 point at an AppDefinition that does not exist there.
