ESMValCore now describes facets with their example values in monospace, for example "MIP table, for example Amon for CMIP6 or atmos for CMIP7." The language server shows these descriptions as they are, so no source code changes are needed here.

This pull request:

• updates pixi.lock to ESMValCore ebb0ff79f on the recipe-json-schema branch. ESMValCore is the only package that changes, but this also includes the other commits on that branch since the previous pin (2.16.0.dev116 to dev139).
• updates the hover text that test_hover_value expects.

All 296 Python tests pass locally. The tests of the VS Code extension (test-vscode) were not run.
