The README and website understate the current documentation, infrastructure, agent-integration and test-impact capabilities, and the website still shows the previous graph UI. This refresh describes the implemented capabilities and presents CBM Lens using its current screenshots and color palette.

  • Organize the README and website around code exploration, documentation, infrastructure, Lens, client setup and experimental Smart CI.
  • Explain client-specific hooks and profiles, local processing, session-bound watching, and the supported C/C++ test-selection boundary.
  • Replace blanket token-saving claims with links to scoped measurements and their quality tradeoffs.
  • Align llms.txt, the npm README and package descriptions. The release-script change only updates its description string; runtime behavior and CI configuration are unchanged.

Validation:

  • Native test-runner build passed.
  • Canonical CLI suite passed: 363 tests, including the advertising/client-support contracts.
  • Desktop, tablet and mobile browser checks passed; current images, navigation, expandable content and console checked.
  • Local asset/anchor, JSON-LD, whitespace and independent accuracy reviews passed.
  • Full local CI was explicitly waived by the maintainer for this documentation/metadata-only change. Windows stopped at its free-space preflight; unfinished lint runs were stopped and are not reported as passing.
