Introduce persisting-pchronicle with ATIF-aligned storyline as the interchange hub, document RFC-0001/0002, and wire capture toward HTTP → events (record + trigger) → format conversion. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Bring just clippy-deny (-D warnings) and ruff to a clean pass so style checks stop drowning signal from storyline hub work. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
