Unable to build using Clang 17 / 18

Clang will (have great chance, but not every time) stuck when the code call executor->submit.
Even compiled, it will crash when build for x86 target.

Reproduce:

1. Download concpp.zip
2. Use CLion
3. Use Clang 18.1.8
4. Configure compiler
