Rewrites the README from a single-sentence description into a full project landing page in the voice of popular open-source SaaS READMEs (Documenso, Dub). Adds a badge row (license, stars, PRs-welcome, Discord), a nav link row, a hero-image placeholder, a "Why we built this" narrative intro, and a humanized "What you get" features section. Restructures the remaining content into Self-hosting (with clone snippet), Tech stack tables for apps and packages, Contributing, and License sections.
