Port the _data/gpus.yaml change from CHTC#1026 ("Update GPUs table to current pool", Evan Linck), merged to master on 2026-10-21 after the Next.js transition snapshot. The file is copied verbatim from 9fbc585; it replaces the per-server `owner` entries with one entry per GPU type and its open and backfill counts. …#1026) Port the _uw-research-computing/gpu-jobs.md change from CHTC#1026 to the Next.js site: - GpuTable renders what the Liquid in CHTC#1026 did: GPU types with open capacity and their open, backfill and total counts; a collapsed table of the types available only through backfill; and the †/§/‡ notes. It no longer takes an `owner` prop, as the data no longer has owners. - gpu-jobs.mdx takes the new "A. Available GPUs" introduction and drops "2. Other Capacity", as CHTC#1026 did. With "1. GPU Lab" gone, the GPU Lab policy and interactive headings move up a level so none is skipped; their anchors are unchanged. - The staff docs and README show `<GpuTable />` without `owner`.
