This is a simple McCulloch-Pitts Neuron Model for testing whether a breast cancer is malignant or benign by checking it's features such as radius, texture, area, etc.
The dataset was imported from sklearn's datasets and accuracy metric was used in this case.
The model prediction was accurate by 78% for a 9:1 train:test data split, with a threshold value of 28.
