fix(tui): keep the header lamp lit and seat turn stats under the reply - #91

A busy turn cleared the corner badge, which read as a dropped socket after Hi. Flatten listen re-arm so a thinking-delta batch cannot bury the listener, show a one-cell connection lamp, and move sealed telemetry under the answer with even section gaps. Enable modifyOtherKeys=2 after the alt screen so Cursor encodes Shift+Enter as CSI instead of CR, and map those sequences back so ^K and esc keep working. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
