fix(tui): keep retry off cancel queue and sanitize lists - #88

/retryandalt+rre-queued during cancelling. v1.4.4’s Enter guard keys offstatus=="cancelling", but slash commands run before that guard andalt+rcallsretryLast(), which only checkedbusy. Cancel had already restored the queue into the composer; retry putlastPromptback on the drain path.retryLastnow no-ops the enqueue while cancelling.Management drawer lists painted raw wire fields.
