Documents a reusable procedure for comparing Swagger LintDiff and TypeSpec lint results on a real TypeSpec-authored ARM service, using the production autorest command from eng/tools/lint-diff and the project's own tspconfig ruleset. Includes a worked example (Microsoft.Fabric) and records why the current cross-repo-compare spectral invocation is not equivalent to production LintDiff. Move the migration review questions and real-service equivalence proposal into the documentation PR so they can be reviewed alongside the supporting procedure. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com> Copilot-Session: 5895e2fa-70fa-42e0-9443-b35905ca584c
