v0.9.90 — Release Readiness, Review Insight & Play Games Sync

v0.9.90 is out. This is the last feature release before the 1.0 stability soak, and it adds release-readiness scoring, review insight, and Play Games sync.

What's new

• gpc doctor --score grades how ready your app is to publish on an A to F scale, with a weighted breakdown and fix suggestions. Add --badge for a shareable shields.io badge you can commit into your README.
• gpc reviews list --sort newest|oldest|rating sorts reviews, and gpc status --full adds a local topic, sentiment, and keyword breakdown of recent reviews. The analysis runs locally, so no review text leaves your machine.
• gpc games achievements|leaderboards set-icon uploads achievement and leaderboard icons, and push/pull bulk-sync configurations to and from a directory of JSON files.
• gpc preflight and gpc verify checklist now surface Google's September 30, 2026 developer-verification enforcement and its first markets.
